I have been working in public health for the last 14 years and have enjoyed it hugely. I have many years’ experience working in smoking cessation and tobacco control and now working with weight management and nutrition.
I have worked with a diverse population, so I can appreciate only too well how smoking and being overweight affects peoples’ health, but on the positive side I have also witnessed how using the services that we provide can be the best thing that people do for their health and wellbeing. Nothing is more rewarding than knowing that my team are involved in really changing people’s lives for the better!

I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience to provide benefit to people. I am always humbled and feel great reward in knowing that I have been a part of someone’s journey to improving their health. Sensible weight loss can take time, but the results are well worth the effort.

As a public health nutritionist I take great pride in supporting individuals and families with their goals and ambitions for their health and wellbeing, and aim to understand their personal challenges and barriers to provide them with a more successful, tailored service.
