Zaheera Chatra

Integrated Lifestyle Manager

I have been working in public health for the last 14 years and have enjoyed it hugely. I have many years’ experience working in smoking cessation and tobacco control and now working with weight management and nutrition.
I have worked with a diverse population, so I can appreciate only too well how smoking and being overweight affects peoples’ health, but on the positive side I have also witnessed how using the services that we provide can be the best thing that people do for their health and wellbeing. Nothing is more rewarding than knowing that my team are involved in really changing peoples’ lives for the better!

Ceris Devereux

My passion is to support individuals and families to live happier, healthier lives. I work with both adults and children to promote positive lifestyle changes to lead to them reaching a healthy weight.
I have experience of working in the NHS within weight management, cardiac rehabilitation and acute dietetic care. I have worked in a large teaching hospital managing acute and chronic diseases through dietary management, as well as in a community setting.
I love teaching children to develop healthy habits with food that they can use as adults. I understand it can be difficult to make changes but feel everyone deserves the opportunity to become healthier. It’s never too late to make changes, even small changes can lead to big health benefits.
