Healthy4Me is a fun and *interactive group programme for residents across Leicestershire who have a learning disability. It is delivered locally in the County.

Over 8 weeks, the group meet to learn about food and how what you eat can affect your health and how you are feeling.

The sessions are led by a Nutritionist who talks about how to make healthier choices in your diet and advises how much food to eat to obtain a balanced diet. This includes how to write shopping lists, reduce food waste and tips to prepare meals at home.

As well as this, the group enjoy exercise activities and games throughout the programme.

Healthy4Me encourages you to think more about what you eat and to try new food and exercise.

* Leicestershire Weight Management services are available subject to eligibility. Please call the service on 0116 305 1510 to discuss the best option for you.
