You can re-access the service 6 months after your 12 month follow up call. In the meantime we encourage you to continue using the resources and tips you have received.
Do you provide membership to Slimming World or Weight Watchers?
No, to obtain this you will need to directly approach the providers.
Do you provide free gym membership?
No. However we can provide an onward referral for extra support with Physical Activity.
Do you provide weight loss medication or injections?
No, our service provides support and advice on how to lead a healthy lifestyle by making changes to your diet and activity.
