Sustainable weight loss has always been a passion of mine having previously gone through fluctuations of weight myself. I am dedicated to helping other people lose weight and most importantly keep the weight off long term through the art of behaviour change and improving food literacy skills. Weight loss is a process and if you persist you will no doubt get to your destination.

Although behaviour change is a crucial element, being aware of the foods we consume will also have a huge impact on weight loss, our mood and energy levels.

Through past experience I can confidently say that this process will no doubt hugely benefit your life, but please be patient and remember this is not a diet this is a lifestyle change that you will maintain long after the completion of this programme.
