I had worked previously in Adult and Social care before moving over to Public Health.

When the opportunity came to join the Weight Management Team I grabbed it as it gave me the opportunity to support individuals (including myself) who are wanting a positive change in their habits and lifestyle with the tools they need, and a gentle nudge in the right direction. All the while letting these individuals know in a non-judgemental way that it can be done with consistency and mindset.
